Making wrong choice in KenKen

Doing usual puzzles today and making a LOT of silly mistakes.

On KenKen, getting the logic right and down to pairs of numbers but putting the wrong number in. I can see when I check but nevertheless choosing the wrong option.

Not just once but several times. 

Earlier in the week did it a couple of times. But today repeatedly .
