Nearly 6 years ago, I got my business life organised so I could move from the city to the country. It's been a wonderful place to live, but now it's time to take the next step and live in our house in Spain full time.

So I'm selling a fabulous office - with house attached...

The office faces North (so no sun in your eyes, ever!) but looks out over the garden, over the River Ouse, and on over open country to the Yorkshire Wolds. I can't see a single house...!




We're in a village which still has a great pub, a very good primary school, a reasonable bus service, and is just 4 miles from the town centre (Goole).

The M62/M18 junction is 15 minutes away - you can get to the M25 in about 2.5 hours. Doncaster station is 40 minutes away (fast trains North and South), with three airports within easy distance (Doncaster, Leeds and Manchester (which has excellent American Airways flights to the US)).

The house is cottagy/modern. Big lounge with wood burner for cold winter nights; L-shaped dining kitchen with huge picture window looking out over garden; downstairs loo, utility room with masses of cupboards, integral garage (big enough for Trevor's big Mercedes, a 180 bottle wine rack, and lots of shelves).



Upstairs, two big double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, and THE OFFICE...! Decent sized bathroom. Lots of fitted wardrobes.

Outside - 90 foot garden, very well stocked, patio area for breakfast outside, covered patio for evening sun with lighting for when it gets dark. Big garden shed (used to be a stable)



If you are at the stage in your business that you are ready to work from home, to have a great lifestyle, but still have good outside communications, good schools etc then this might be the place for you!
